2003 Phipps Bridge Road Traffic Calming Scheme

The traffic calming measures in Phipps Bridge Road were possibly implemented in late 2003/early 2004, based on this leaflet.

Leaflet requested replies by 14th July 2003.

Map on reverse side of leaflet showed where measures were to be implemented.
