BRIDGE DRIVE.

An enjoyable afternoon was spent on Wednesday week at a bridge drive organised by Mrs. Hawker, and held by permission of Mrs. Richardson at “The Chantry,” Cedars-avenue, Mitcham, in aid of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. As a result, a cheque for £5 has been received by the hon. secretary of the ladies’ branch. Mrs. Hawker and Mrs. Richardson are both members of the Ladies’ Guild of the R.N.L.I.
