Ventom, Bull and Cooper will sell by auction, at the Mart, Token House Yard, on Monday, April 26, at 1 o’clock precisely, the LEASEHOLD PROPERTY, known as Nicholl’s Varnish Factory, having a frontage of 169 feet to the main road, fitted with valuable plants and machinery.
