This photo was generated using an Eric Montague photo from 1966 which showed the left side of the shop, reproduced by kind permission of the Merton Historical society, plus a monochrome photo that showed all of the shop.

In Mitcham Histories: 14, page 7, Eric Montague tells us
Until it was sold in 1976 the yard and adjacent offices remained occupied by a building firm – that of Stanley Dale and Sons, founded in 1904.
