Shop that was occupied by John Baptiste Rompel when it was numbered 3 Central Market up to around 1925, when the London Road was renumbered. Rompel was listed in the 1930, but not the 1938 commercial directory.

In the 1971 phone directory it was occupied by In-A-Day Cleaners.
In 1989 it was T. Hennessey, butchers and in 2022 it is also occupied by a butchers, named S & Z.
