Mitcham History Notes 
Wondering if anyone knows what became of the Long Thornton Pub in Mitcham. Not sure of what road it was on but it wasn’t far from the Common. It may have changed names since the 1950s-70s (my mum’s memory).

Possibly the Horse & Groom? That was on the corner of Manor Road and Tamworth Lane.
