New road for flats built on the Brenley playing fields, off of Cedars Avenue. Aventine is the name of one of the seven hills of Rome, nearby Esquiline Lane is another.

This development was a joint venture between housing giants Willmott Dixon Homes and Notting Hill Housing. Brenley Park was commended by the GLA for being one of the first major residential schemes to have 100% dual aspect dwellings.
