This was my Grandmother’s shop during the 50’s and 60’s.I used to help out when I returned from Bond Road Primary school and later Mitcham County Grammar School. My mother and I used to wait at tables, sell ice cream and sell cigarettes…! I was only 9-13 yrs old.
